- Early Bird Registration: $150 ends August 1, 2026 (12:00 AM EST)
- Regular Registration: $190 ends October 28, 2026 (12:00 AM EST)
Registration includes access to both the in-person and virtual conferences. However, please note that in-person registration has limited space availability. If you are planning to attend the live and in-person conference, please be sure to indicate that during registration. If you register as a virtual-only and later decide to attend in person, there is a strong possibility that space may no longer be available. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Early Bird registration will close on August 1, 2026, at 12:00 am EST, and Regular registration for the in-person COTS Conference will close on October 28, 2026, at 12:00 am EST.
Due to very limited in-person capacity, once the conference reaches capacity, on-site registration may not be available. We strongly encourage all attendees to register before October 28th to secure their spot and ensure availability of conference food, beverages, and attendee favors.
