In the interest of helping to raise the global awareness and expertise around test security issues, and to help protect test integrity worldwide, the Conference on Test Security is excited to offer free participation in the COTS virtual conference (on November 17-19, 2026) for any international measurement students or test security professionals working or attending school in countries appearing on the World Bank’s list of low-income or lower-middle-income economies, please click here.
