Regular Registration: $190
Registration includes access to both the in-person and virtual conferences.
Advanced registration for the in-person COTS will close on October 29. In-person registration will be available at the conference but those registering on-site risk missing food, drinks, and favors due to conference center capacity limitations. We encourage everyone to register by October 29.

In the interest of helping to raise the global awareness and expertise around test security issues, and to help protect test integrity worldwide, the Conference on Test Security is excited to offer free participation in the COTS virtual conference (on November 12-13, 2025) for any international measurement students or test security professionals working or attending school in countries appearing on the World Bank’s list of low-income or lower-middle-income economies (https://datahelpdesk.worldbank.org/knowledgebase/articles/906519-world-bank-country-and-lending-groups). The full list of eligible countries is provided below.
To request a registration fee waiver for the virtual conference, interested parties should send an email toinfo@conferenceontestsecurity.org with the following information:

· Position/Title
· Business Email Address
· Brief Explanation of Your Connection to Testing and Interest in Test Security
